Welder Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $17.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 03:30pm )

Perform MIG welding on steel and aluminum performance automotive components including exhaust systems, chassis parts, and brackets Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical specifications to ensure precise fabrication Inspect welds for quality, strength, and conformance to specifications using visual inspection and measuring tools Maintain welding equipment, adjust settings for different materials and thicknesses, and ensure proper gas flow and wire feed Collaborate with quality control and production teams to meet daily output goals while maintaining highest quality standards

Associate will arrive at the front door of the building and ask for Michael. Upon which the employee will be taken to the work location and walked throughout the location. Time clock is at the entrance of the building.

Welder Qualifications:

• 1+ years of MIG welding experience in manufacturing or automotive fabrication environment
• Ability to weld steel and aluminum with consistent, high-quality results
• Proficient in reading blueprints and using precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers)
• Experience with various metal thicknesses and welding positions (flat, horizontal, vertical, overhead)
• Attention to detail and commitment to producing defect-free work
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs regularly

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
• Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
