This is your opportunity to be part of a new market center launch, where you can work alongside the Operating Principal(OP) to set culture and define direction. As a Team Leader at Keller Williams - Horizon, you'll wear many hats, but your core responsibility is one thing: Fueling the growth and success of our Market Center. You'll be the engine driving our team forward, attracting high-performing agents, fostering a collaborative environment, and empowering everyone to reach their goals.

This person has a track record of leadership. They naturally lead in every area of their business, career, and personal life. This person is a problem solver, business consultant, highly assertive, passionate, people-oriented individual who operates with urgency.
This person has strong communication skills and naturally connects with others. They understand their market, understand the unique value proposition of Keller Williams and can effectively communicate the opportunity to any business owner.
They are aligned with the Operating Principal’s (OP) vision to achieve the Market Center’s goals. They leverage the value tools to perform the activities necessary to achieve the OP’s expectations of recruiting market share and consulting with the top 20 percent of agents to set their goals and direct them to productivity solutions.
They naturally exhibit our cultural belief system in their dealings with others. They are learning-based leaders who embrace succeeding through others, bottom-up leadership, and building a team.
They have at least 2–3 years of real estate sales experience. They understand basic business, financial reporting (e.g., P&Ls) and how support others in making great business decisions. (Training is available and provided)
What will you do? This is the 20% of the job
● Actively engage and attract productive associates (with market share) through business consulting, disruptive training, and KW technology (recruit and retain)
● Consult productive/top 20% associates to increase productivity and profitability

● Lead, support, set expectations, and hold regular accountability sessions with Market Center team
● Ensure execution of disruptive training calendar for associates based on key areas of business and associates’ needs
● Lead and/or partner with MC team to increase associates’ productivity through business consulting
● Effectively communicate and drive adoption of Keller Williams’ value proposition as it relates to associates’ businesses, goals, and/or needs
● Research competition and develop business prospecting and marketing strategies to successfully compete in partnership with OP
● Ensure market center is profitable, keeping tight fiscal control over operating expenses
● Oversee, actively drive, protect, and represent Keller Williams Culture
● Lead sales and business meetings

● Real estate knowledge, experience, and skill with emphasis on residential real estate is a plus
● Track record of success
● Mastery of the KW core agent curriculum and technology: Command, Ignite, BOLD, MREA, Lead Generation 36:12:3, Win with Sellers, Win with Buyers, Career Visioning, 30/60/90 and Success Through Others; scripts for all aspects of real estate; and KW models and systems
Compensation
Compensation will be commensurate with experience as well as bonus structures and benefits. Base Salary starts at $60K-$80K with opportunity for bonuses based on performance and Market Center profit.
