Job Title: Physical Therapist
Location: Hueytown AL
Duration: 14 Weeks
Schedule: Day Shift 3640 Hours per Week
Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a motivated and patient-focused Physical Therapist to join a fast-paced outpatient orthopedic clinic. This role is ideal for clinicians who thrive in a collaborative environment and are committed to delivering high-quality rehabilitative care to a diverse patient population.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients with orthopedic conditions
- Deliver hands-on therapy and therapeutic exercise programs to improve mobility strength and function
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to achieve optimal outcomes
- Educate patients and caregivers on injury prevention home exercise programs and overall wellness
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated patient care
- Manage a consistent caseload while meeting productivity expectations
- Ensure a positive patient experience through compassionate and effective communication
Qualifications:
- Active Physical Therapist license (state-specific or eligible)
- Strong clinical decision-making and time management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Outpatient experience preferred but not required
- Open to new graduates and first-time travelers
