Overview:

We are seeking a Software Developer to develop, test, and enhance software solutions in a high-security environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in software development, debugging, and integration, along with a solid understanding of business applications, user requirements, and security best practices.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop, code, test, and debug new software solutions and enhancements to existing software.

  • Understand and apply user, performance, quality, interface, and security requirements in software development.

  • Work with technical staff to identify and resolve software issues effectively.

  • Address and resolve customer complaints and suggestions for software improvements and enhancements.

  • Assist in the development of software user manuals and documentation .

  • Design, test, and implement desktop solutions , ensuring security lockdown compliance.

  • Integrate applications with standard software packages and automated patching/deployment technologies .

  • Automate application and configuration deployments and updates to improve efficiency and security.

  • Provide documentation and training on software integration, security, and deployment processes.

Required Qualifications:


  • Active Top Secret Clearance (required).

  • 3+ years of experience in software development, debugging, and integration .

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

  • Strong programming skills in Python, Java, C++, or similar languages .

  • Experience with software testing, debugging, and troubleshooting .

  • Knowledge of security best practices and implementation in software development.

  • Understanding of automated patching, deployment technologies, and software lifecycle management .

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Experience in a classified or DoD environment .

  • Familiarity with DevSecOps methodologies and CI/CD pipelines .

  • Knowledge of desktop security lockdown implementations .

  • Experience with automation tools for software deployment .
