Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Provide vital speech and language services to students in a K-12 school setting in Sylacauga, AL, for the upcoming 20252026 school year. This full-time, contract position offers the opportunity to support childrens communication development and help them achieve their educational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and deliver therapy for students with speech, language, voice, or fluency disorders
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to student needs
• Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and support staff to enhance student progress
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in alignment with applicable district and state regulations
• Participate actively in IEP meetings as part of a multidisciplinary educational team

Desired Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid Alabama SLP license or eligibility to obtain licensure
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows welcomed and supported
• Current Alabama licensure required for Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs)
• Strong passion for working with school-aged children and commitment to student success
