As a Banquet Team Member, you will play a key role in creating unforgettable moments for our guests during events, conferences, and celebrations held at our hotel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up banquet spaces according to event requirements, ensuring attention to detail and consistency.
• Provide top-tier service to guests during events, maintaining a friendly, courteous, and professional demeanor.
• Collaborate with the banquet and kitchen staff to ensure smooth event execution.
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner, while adhering to all health and safety guidelines.
• Assist in post-event breakdown and clean-up, returning the venue to its original state.
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests promptly, always maintaining a guest-focused approach.

Qualifications:

• Previous hospitality, fine-dining, or event service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
