As part of the People Strategy team you will lead the development and implementation of innovative compensation strategies that align with our global business objectives. As a Director you will set the strategic direction, drive business growth, and mentor a diverse team of compensation professionals, fostering an environment of collaboration and exceptional performance across regions. This role offers the chance to influence compensation practices on a global scale, making sure alignment with local regulations while enhancing our firm's reputation for integrity and excellence.

**What You Must Have**
- High School Diploma
- 8 years of experience

The salary range for this position is: $122,500 - $504,500, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
