The Project Manager plays a pivotal role in delivering that mission by overseeing the planning, production, and installation of custom architectural signage and experiential graphics. The PM works closely with clients, internal teams, and vendors to create an industry-leading customer experience from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

- Lead projects from kickoff to completion, ensuring scope, budget, and schedule targets are met.

- Conduct site surveys and prepare accurate estimates.

- Coordinate with estimating, design, production, installation, and vendor teams to align deliverables.

Client & Stakeholder Relations

- Serve as the primary point of contact, advocating for customer goals at every stage.

- Provide regular project updates, address concerns promptly, and ensure client satisfaction.

- Identify new business opportunities with existing and potential customers.

Operational Coordination

- Manage purchasing and vendor relationships for project materials and services.

- Ensure timely, accurate billing and follow up on outstanding invoices.

Performance & Reporting

- Track and report project status, costs, and margins.

- Maintain accurate records in company software including Syteline, Hubspot and Sign Agent.

- Update forecasts, sales projections, and collections reports as required.

Requirements:

Qualifications

Education & Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in Building Science, Construction Management, Business, or related field.

- 2–5 years of experience in general contracting, electrical subcontracting, or related commercial construction.

- Working knowledge of the commercial construction process, vendor purchasing, and customer service best practices.

Skills & Competencies

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and proactive approach to challenges.

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant project management software.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- On-time project delivery rate.

- Budget vs. Actual project performance

- Contracts managed
