Manufacturing Technician C 1st shift Aluminum
Overview
Join our dynamic team as a Manufacturing Technician C at our state-of-the-art facility located in Auburn, AL, 36830. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our manufacturing process, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency. Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Perform routine inspections and troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to produce high-quality products.
- Assist in the setup and calibration of machinery and tools.
- Document production processes and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with team members to improve production efficiency and safety.
- Participate in training sessions and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.
- 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing or technical role.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and manuals.
- Familiarity with safety protocols and best practices in a manufacturing environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime as needed.
