Key Responsibilities:

• Enthusiastically hire, develop, and lead a team to provide outstanding guest experiences.
• Utilize operational tools for achieving excellence in daily business operations.
• Maintain supplier relationships for efficient inventory management.
• Review store environment and KPIs for continuous improvement.
• Manage cash activities and ensure compliance with food safety guidelines.
• Drive implementation of company initiatives and programs.
• Develop local store marketing plans and engage with the community through events.
• Recognize and reinforce individual and team accomplishments.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma required, degree in business or hospitality preferred.
• Minimum 2 years' experience as a manager or supervisor in customer service.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and passion for working with people.
• Customer-centric attitude and willingness to go the extra mile.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
