We’re currently seeking a Business Office Manager / Medical Billing & Collections professional to join our dedicated business office team.

In this role, you’ll play a critical part in ensuring the financial health of the facility by managing and supporting all business and billing functions in compliance with state and federal regulations — while driving efficiency, accuracy, and outstanding service.

📌 Key Responsibilities

1. Perform and oversee business office and financial operations to meet facility goals
2. Manage healthcare billing and collections, including nursing home receivables
3. Work with Medicaid, Medicare Part A & B, HMOs, and other reimbursement programs
4. Ensure compliance with established policies, guidelines, and regulations
5. Identify financial issues quickly and implement effective solutions
6. Support a high-performing, efficient business office environment

🎓 Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Healthcare Management (highly preferred)
2. Strong understanding of GAAP and accounting fundamentals
3. Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office
4. Healthcare billing and collections experience (long-term care experience strongly preferred)
5. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
6. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
7. Ability to perform under deadlines and changing priorities
8. Must be at least 18 years of age and fluent in English
