- Facility: Athens Health and Rehabilitation
- Schedule: Full-Time
- Focus: Clinical documentation, admissions processing & record compliance
- Long-Term Care & Rehabilitation
- Review records, MARs, and TARs for accurate transcription of physician orders
- Enter physician orders into the electronic system as needed
- Ensure physicians complete and sign discharge summaries
- Long-term care experience preferred
- Working knowledge of medical terminology and physician orders
- Strong telephone, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in electronic documentation systems and basic computer skills
- Working knowledge of keyboarding and data processing
