Champion Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is looking to add an Experienced FCA/STELLANTIS or ASE Chrysler Certified Automotive Technician who is smart, capable and passionate about the work that they do. Champion Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram has a new service shop with plenty of space and a huge client base for you to service. We focus on developing and escalating the brightest stars to ensure future success. We are always looking for talented, self-motivated individuals to join our team.
Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Diagnose cause of any malfunction and perform repair.
- Address the customer’s primary concern with diagnosis, repair and quality control to attain Fixed First Visit expectations
- Document work performed.
- Maintain and complete your assigned factory-sponsored training classes
- Maintain knowledge of all factory technical bulletins
- Leave no trace in a customer’s car by keeping it clean
Here’s what you’ll need:
- ASE certification/FCA certifications preferred
- General mechanical skills
- Excellent dexterity skills as well as patience, creativity, good judgment and an eye for detail
- Must have valid Driver's License
