Location: Sweet Peppers Deli – Cullman, AL
Pay: $11–$12 per hour
Schedule: Must be available evenings & weekends; schedule may vary

Sweet Peppers Deli in Cullman, AL is looking for a skilled and motivated Line Cook to help prepare fresh, delicious meals in a fast-paced, friendly environment. If you enjoy working with a team and creating great food, we want you on our staff!
What You’ll Do
- Prepare menu items according to recipes and presentation standards
- Cook and assemble orders efficiently while maintaining quality and consistency
- Ensure the kitchen and prep areas are clean, organized, and stocked
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
- Assist teammates with prep work, plating, and side tasks as needed
- Communicate effectively with servers and other staff to keep service running smoothly
What You’ll Bring
- Previous cooking or food prep experience preferred (not required)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes consistently
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while staying organized
- Flexible availability — including evenings and weekends — is required
- Positive attitude and willingness to assist with multiple kitchen duties
