Transcriptionist
Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Transcribe audio and video recordings into written documents.
- Ensure accuracy and quality of transcribed content.
- Proofread and edit transcriptions for errors.
- Meet deadlines for transcription projects.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistency in transcribed documents.
Essential Qualifications:
- Proficient in transcription software and tools.
- Excellent typing skills and attention to detail.
- Strong grammar and punctuation knowledge.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in transcription.
- Ability to transcribe a variety of accents and languages.
- Experience in medical or legal transcription is a plus.
- Familiarity with industry-specific terminology.
Salary & Benefits:
- Minimum Salary: $25 per hour
- Maximum Salary: $35 per hour
