What's your day like?As an MRI Technologist, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional healthcare by performing MRI scans as ordered by physicians. Your commitment to ensuring patient safety and comfort during each procedure will be paramount. You will maintain accurate records of patient information and scan results, while also operating and maintaining cutting-edge MRI equipment. Collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals is key to providing quality patient care, and you will follow all safety protocols and procedures to uphold the highest standards within our healthcare setting.
What we're looking for in a MRI TechnologistTo thrive as an MRI Technologist at RadX Inc., you will need a strong foundation of technical skills and healthcare knowledge. A current certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) and state licensure as a Radiologic Technologist are essential to validate your expertise. Moreover, a minimum of 5 years of experience in performing MRI scans is crucial for ensuring that you can deliver high-quality patient care with confidence and competence. Familiarity with advanced MRI software and tools is also important, as it enables you to operate equipment effectively and maintain accurate records. Your empathetic interactions with patients, along with your commitment to safety and collaboration with healthcare professionals, will set you apart in this rewarding role.
Knowledge and skills required for the position are:
- Current certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists ( ARRT )
- State licensure as a Radiologic Technologist
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in performing MRI scans
- Able to commute to two Pensacola facilities
