Travel Support & Booking Specialist (Remote)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Travel Support & Booking Specialist to assist with coordinating travel arrangements, managing reservations, and ensuring a smooth, well-organized experience for clients from start to finish. This fully remote role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and handling important details with accuracy.

In this role, you will communicate directly with clients to gather travel preferences, assist with researching destinations and options, and help coordinate bookings such as accommodations, cruises, transportation, and vacation packages. You will also review travel details for accuracy, track updates or changes, and provide timely communication to ensure clients are informed throughout the process.

The ideal candidate is dependable, proactive, and comfortable working independently while managing multiple requests. Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills are essential to delivering a seamless client experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with coordinating travel bookings, reservations, and confirmations
• Communicate with clients to gather details and provide updates
