ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY

We are recruiting on behalf of a virtual women's health clinic that is redesigning how women with complex conditions receive care. They specialize in endometriosis, uterine fibroids, chronic pelvic pain, heavy menstrual bleeding, PCOS, and more, conditions that have been historically dismissed, underdiagnosed, and undertreated.

Their model is built on time, trust, and evidence. They believe women when they say something is wrong. They give patients a physician who listens. They build care plans that actually work.

✔️Provider retention rate: 89% since 2025. Physicians stay because this place is different.

⏰ THE STRUCTURE

This role is designed to layer onto an existing full-time practice — not replace it.

• 12 hours per week minimum commitment
• ️ 100% remote — work from home, no travel
• Clinic hours: Mon–Fri 7am–11pm EST | Sat 7am–8pm EST
• $150/hour — paid monthly
• 1099 Independent Contractor
• ️ Malpractice insurance fully covered

️‍⚕️ WHAT YOU'LL DO

✔️ Remote | Mississippi or Alabama Licensed

✔️ Virtual synchronous clinic visits with women managing complex gynecological conditions
✔️ 45-minute appointments — real time with real patients
✔️ Chart documentation and billing completed within 24 hours of each visit
✔️ Review test results and ensure timely patient notification
✔️ Respond to patient messages and conduct follow-up calls as needed
✔️ Participate in weekly clinical team meetings
✔️ Serve as collaborating physician of record for Nurse Practitioners
✔️ Collaborate with a nationally recognized CMO with 35+ years in women's health

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

✔️ Board-Certified MD with experience in Women's Health
✔️ Active, unrestricted medical license in Mississippi and/or Alabama
✔️ Willingness to serve as collaborating physician of record for NPs
✔️ Commitment to 12 hours per week min. No maximum hours.
✔️ Dedication to maintaining licensure in good standing
