Snelling is recruiting an Executive Assistant/Recruiting Sourcer for an insurance company. We are looking for a reliable, energetic, organized person who likes to jump in, get things done and help keep things moving forward. Recent college graduates who are eager to launch a career in recruiting or insurance are strongly encouraged to apply.

Hours: 8AM – 5PM, Monday – Friday

Starting Salary: $50,000 plus bonuses

Job Responsibilities for Executive Assistant/Recruiting Sourcer:

• Sourcing and qualifying potential insurance agent candidates
• Managing my calendar, inbox, and recruiting pipeline
• Scheduling meetings, licensing follow-ups, and agent onboarding
• Preparing recruiting materials, presentations, reports, and social media posts
• Tracking metrics weekly and handling background check steps
• Coordinating events, training, and internal communications
• Creating marketing and follow-up collateral
• Meetings booked with strong candidates and agents
• Progress of licensing and onboarding for new agents

Job Requirements for Executive Assistant//Recruiting Sourcer:

• Getting licensed yourself (we’ll support and pay for it)
• Strong work ethic & organization skills
• Bachelor’s degree and/or Insurance background preferred
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
• Great attitude and can-do spirit
• Good communication skills, both verbal & written.
