Degree in Physical Therapy, active Physical Therapist license and 1+ year of Physical Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A part-time Physical Therapist position is available for the upcoming full school year, serving K-12 students in a school setting located in Clanton, AL. This contract role requires delivering skilled therapeutic services two to three days a week, focusing on supporting students physical development and improving functional abilities within the school environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students in grades K-12
• Provide therapeutic interventions to enhance mobility, strength, and motor skills
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and healthcare providers to support student progress
• Document therapy sessions and maintain accurate records in compliance with school and regulatory standards
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to educational planning to ensure comprehensive student support

Qualifications:

• Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Alabama is required
• Experience working with pediatric populations in a school or educational setting preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills essential for effective collaboration
