Job Summary
A Human Resource Generalist is a professional who handles a broad range of HR functions, including recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, employee relations, performance management, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. Human Resource Generalists also assist with payroll support training and development, and employee engagement and retention
Job Description
- Provide HR support across all teams
- Assist in recruiting
- Assist with benefits administration
- Manage onboarding process
- Prepare orientation materials and conduct trainings sessions
- Help organize employee engagement and retention initiatives
- Maintain HRIS database (ADP) and assist in generating reports
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Provide payroll support
- Ensure compliance to labor laws / regulations and company policies

Education/Training/Certifications
- Minimum Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Preferred Education
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, business or related field.
- Certification Required:
- SHRM-CP or PHR
Additional Requirements
- Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Occasional lifting of office supplies or equipment up to 20 pounds.
- Ability to move around the office for daily tasks and meetings
