Billing Agent

Automation Personnel Services is looking for a Billing Agent for LG Electronics in Huntsville, AL. the successful candidate will have exceptional communication skill, be detail oriented and can analyze and resolve issues in a timely manner. Providing exceptional customer service is essential in this position.

Pay rate:

$20 per hour

Schedule and Hours:

8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday

Bill Agent Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage Third-Party Billing and Account reconciliation.
• Ability to bill Third-Party companies for completed repairs.
• Respond to emails from Third-Party companies, as well as internal and external contacts.
• Research and provide billing status issues with Third-Party, sales, and management teams.
• Discuss billing discrepancies with Third-Party contact agents.
• Notify manager of system/logic issues as soon as identified.
• Other duties as assigned.

Billing Agent Qualifications and Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years minimum experience in warranty claims or customer service.
• Exceptional attention to detail with strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite with the ability to quickly learn new software applications.
• Accounting experience is a plus.
• Strong experience in Microsoft Excel.
