ARCHITECTURAL PROJECT MANAGER (Architect, PM or high-level Drafter Needed)
HUNTSVILLE, AL

SUMMARY: This position assists the Principal Architect in planning and developing all phases of a project. The Senior Project Manager functions as the day-to-day point of contact for the company for all interface, coordination, construction oversight, reviews, verifications, quality assurance, and close out activities related to assigned projects. Advanced knowledge is applied to all project management related functions.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND EXPERIENCE:

• Degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch), with a minimum 10 years’ experience in all phases of design and development of large-scale architectural projects required
• 12 years preferred; or equivalent combination of experience and education.
• Advanced knowledge of architectural design applications required. Licensed to practice architecture in the State of Alabama.
• Highly advanced proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, Microsoft Office required. Advanced proficiency in Bluebeam Revu is preferred.
• Highly advanced expertise with current building codes, city, state and federal regulations, Americans with Disabilities Act and other regulatory codes required.
• Must have current Driver’s License.
• Must have excellent communication skills and ability to effectively interface with others within the company and in the field.
• Well-developed communication and organizational skills are paramount.
