As an HVAC Service Technician, you will:

• Perform expert residential HVAC repairs, system diagnostics, tune-ups, and installations

• Build strong, positive relationships with customers by delivering exceptional service

• Communicate clearly and confidently with customers about findings and recommendations

• Maintain high levels of professionalism, honesty, and reliability

• Follow all industry safety standards and company protocols

• Document work and recommendations using ServiceTitan or similar software

• Maintain clean, organized tools, equipment, and work areas

• Represent the One Hour brand with pride, integrity, and a customer-first mindset

We’re looking for technicians who bring:

• Proven residential HVAC service and repair experience

• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, diagnostics, and best practices

• Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, manuals, and schematics

• Excellent communication and customer service skills, you MUST be great with customers

• Strong problem-solving skills, even under pressure

• Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship

• Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Dedication to learning new technologies and staying current with the HVAC trade

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
