We are looking for an energetic addition to our customer service team who is outgoing, people oriented and can multiple tasks.
Responsibilities Include:
- Preparing quotations from email and telephone inquiries
- Entering orders into our business system (Netsuite)
- Following-up on quotations to maximize conversion rate
- Communicating with vendors on price and delivery issues
- Maintaining contact with existing key and target accounts
Qualifications
- 2-4 years’ experience as a successful Customer Service Representative
- Good oral, written, and people skills
- The ability to learn a wide variety of products
- Good organization skills and able to manage multiple tasks
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and CRM software
