As a Commercial Asset Advisor within PNC's Midland organization, you will be based in office within the PNC Midland footprint. PNC provides a best in class office environment; and also supports remote and hybrid work environments. **Job Description** + Administers primarily highest level risk transactions, including syndicated loans, both where PNC is the Agent and Participant, for clients with the goal of minimizing losses and optimizing resolutions. + Gathers financial data, prepares analysis and develops workout strategy and alternatives for a portfolio. Reviews relevant documents and transaction deal structure. + Negotiates workout options with customers and participants to reduce risks and losses. Works extensively with internal and external legal counsel to adhere to established policies, procedures and regulations. + Evaluates high level risk assets or the customer's cash flow, balance sheet, long-term business plans and other relevant financial information. + Leads extensive communication with bank group members and third parties including the OCC, Credit Risk Review, and Internal Audit. Works with internal business partners on negotiations and documentation to mitigate risk and participates in regulatory discussions. May mentor peers. Higher level education such as a Masters degree, PhD, or certifications is desirable. Industry relevant experience is typically 8+ years. Specific certifications are often required.
