Position: RN-Stepdown (Travel/Contract)
We're hiring experienced RN-Stepdown for a 13-week contract in Birmingham, Alabama — earn up to ($1591 - $1675 per week) while providing essential care at a leading facility. Most candidates will need to have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty.

Responsibilities
Provide high-quality patient care in a stepdown unit.
Participate in professional development and training programs.
Monitor and assess patient conditions regularly.
Adhere to safety and infection control protocols.
Assist in achieving departmental targets and goals.
Collaborate with healthcare team to develop care plans.
Document patient progress and treatment plans accurately.
Utilize data to track patient outcomes and improve care.
Educate patients and families on health management.
Engage in performance evaluations and feedback sessions.
Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
Maintain a high level of visibility in work activities.
Experience/Qualifications
Valid RN license in Alabama with experience in stepdown units.
Strong commitment to professional development and continuous learning.
Proven ability to monitor and assess patient conditions effectively.
Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
Ability to maintain high visibility in work activities and achieve targets.
Experience in documenting patient progress and treatment plans accurately.
Knowledge of safety and infection control protocols in healthcare settings.
Strong interpersonal skills to educate patients and families effectively.
Experience in using data to track patient outcomes and improve care.
Demonstrated ability to engage in performance evaluations and feedback.
