We have just completed our 25th anniversary celebration and are continuing our growth by adding a Sr Account Executive (SAE) to our Huntsville staff. The SAE is responsible for engaging and establishing organizations as buying customers of our products and services. The SAE evangelizes and sells our unified communication/Webex systems, managed IT services plus our premium fiber offerings. Candidate must reside and have existing business network in the Huntsville area (must currently reside in Huntsville and surrounding area). Apply only if you have a minimum of 3 years experience developing and selling managed services and unified communications solutions.

• Meet and exceed all sales targets and performance metrics - monthly, quarterly, and annual recurring revenue (MRR) quotas
• Quickly learn and achieve expertise with Scipio products, services and pricing...must demonstrate a clear understanding immediately following face to face and computer based training
• Demonstrate strong focus on sales process
• Proven ability to master the lead identification process and to quickly execute the quote process and customer relationship management
• Maintain a sufficient pipeline to maintain quota achievement
• Expertly offer customers full VoIP, network solutions and managed service products
• Work with sales engineers to ensure delivery of full solution to your customer
• Prospect new business opportunities via phone, face to face or via networking - leverage existing customers and personal networks in and around the Huntsville area
• Must have proven track record of building successful pipeline in the telecommunication space

Key Skills

• Minimum of 3 successful years’ experience Jin providing managed service and unified communication solutions to potential and existing customers
• Strong working knowledge of data, unified communication and IT managed services
• Self-motivated with strong drive to succeed and work independently
• Excellent communication skills, in-person, virtually and in writing
• Proficient with Microsoft office paired with basic computer knowledge
• Ability to multitask in a fast moving environment
• Organizational and time-management skills, with strong propensity to multi-task
• Dynamic CRM experience or relevant computer skills preferred
• Bachelors Degree Highly Preferred
• Minimum 5 years successful sales track record is a must
