Gastroenterologist - Partnership Track with Top 5% National Earnings

Independent, physician-owned GI group seeking a partner-track Gastroenterologist. Built on a transparent, collaborative model with no private equity influence, this group offers high income, strong support, and true autonomy.

Highlights:

• Compensation: $500K-$550K guaranteed; Partners earn $845K-$1.6M annually + $339K+ ASC distributions.
• Schedule: 4-5 days/week. Fridays are half-days. Call only 2 nights/month, 2 weekends/year.
• Support: 2 NPs per physician (serves as scribe + admin + patient support), plus long-tenured nurses/techs.
• Facilities: ASC ownership with advanced endoscopy, pathology, anesthesia, infusion, and radiology in-house.
• Partnership: Track in 1-2 years; sweat-equity model; $10K buy-in.
