A Psychiatrist is needed in Phenix City, AL at a physician-owned primary care group. This medical group has been in practice since 2007 and has multiple locations throughout the East Alabama area.

Titan Placement Group invites you to explore an opportunity in a city on the banks of the Chattahoochee River. Many local recreation activities revolve around this river, with whitewater rafting, kayaking, zip lining, and fishing comprising major past times for residents. Resting directly on the border of Georgia, this city also comprises part of the Columbus Metropolitan Area.

Salary and Benefits

• Salary: $370,000 to $400,000
• Relocation assistance available to out of area providers.
• Health Insurance – Employer covers 80%.
• Dental and Vision Insurance.
• Paid Time Off (3 weeks’ vacation, 5 paid holidays).
• Retirement Package – 401(k) with 4% Match (After 1 year of employment)
• CME time off and allowance.

• No nights, no weekends, no holidays.

Responsibilities

• Monday to Thursday 8am-5pm; Friday 8am-4pm
• Provide comprehensive mental health assessments, medication management
• Chart review for PMHNPs - will supervise 1 PMHNP
• Responsible for seeing Adult and Pediatric Patients
• Limited call (phone only)

Requirements

• Clear and active medical license (MD, DO) in Alabama, or willing to obtain if out of area candidate.
• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Psychiatry
• Active DEA
• New grads are welcome
