Administrative Assistant
This is a remote position.
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and provide administrative support to management and staff. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other communications.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain calendars for managers and team members.
- Prepare, edit, and format correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Maintain organized filing systems, both electronic and physical.
- Assist with data entry, record keeping, and database management.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, meeting logistics, and office events.
- Order and maintain office supplies and equipment.
- Greet visitors and provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 1+ years of administrative, office support, receptionist, or customer service experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
