Access Control Technician

Description

Looking for a experienced access control technician with around 2-5 years of experience. Looking for someone with strong experience (or a certification preferred) in Ccure, AMAG, or Genetek.

Responsibilities:

• Programming access control, CCTV, and parking control systems

• Installing and/or troubleshooting field equipment (card readers, cameras, burglar alarms, control panels, etc.)

• Complete projects within budgeted costs and time schedules

• Fully test systems (quality assurance) and gain final project acceptance by the customer

• Complete end-user training maximize customer satisfaction

• Perform all duties in a safe, professional, and courteous manner

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Solid understanding of computer hardware (PC/Server) fundamentals, electronic hardware, low voltage system wiring, and relays / relay logic

• High level of mechanical aptitude

• Strong communication skills. Focused on keeping everyone informed.

• Team player with a positive, "can do" attitude and the ability to coordinate the efforts of others.

• Strong analytical skills necessary to solve complex problems.

• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, & Word.

This role requires on-site and field work. This candidate will eventually be able to earn their own company truck after a learning period. The right cannidate will need to be outgoing and team focused with an importance on customer facing skills. This candidate needs to be clean cut.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
