Development and Special Events Manager (PT)
:
SUMMARY: Oversees the planning and execution of various ARMS events. Maintain relationships with the current ARMS donor base, establish new ARMS donors and partnerships. Drive fundraising campaigns to yield exponential financial growth for ARMS.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Lead role with the planning and execution of ARMS' Annual Open ARMS Gala.
2. Schedule Gala Committee meetings including working with the supervisor to draft agenda and writing of minutes.
3. Work with Marketing company to ensure gala logistics are followed-up and completed.
4. Coordinate all logistics with supervisor, volunteers and the gala committee.
5. Establish and maintain a donor base.
6. Assist with management of various digital Marketing programs; i.e. Constant Contact.
7. Management of various CRM (Customer Relationship Management) programs; i.e. Donor Perfect.
8. Secure and create an inventory of silent auction items for various events.
9. Coordinate annual fundraising campaigns.
10. Assist with grant writing process.
11. Perform other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Marketing, or another related field (experience in lieu of degree will be considered).
- Knowledge of a CRM (Customer Relationship Management)
- Grant writing experience is a plus.
- Minimal of 2 Supervisory experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of fundraising experience
- Proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) experience a plus.
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely both orally and in writing.
Detail oriented.
Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to provide a high level of customer service and establish and maintain effective interdepartmental communications and relationships.
Proficiency in various computer applications.
Ability to manage and lead a team.
