Job Title: Cellular Support Specialist
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $16.00 per hour
Lunch Break: 1 Hour Scheduled Lunch
Location: Birmingham, AL
This job entails assisting our cellular trail camera users with support via phone and email. It’s interesting work unlike anything else that is rewarding and offers many benefits.
Skills Needed:- Pleasant and clear speaking voice.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- The ability to be dependable, on time and a team player.
- Deductive reasoning, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills.
- No knowledge of trail cameras and/or hunting is needed.
- Complete training will be provided.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Dependable with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A positive attitude and ability to work in a professional yet fun environment.
- 90-day probationary period minimum.
- Paid Holidays and Paid Vacation after the probationary period.
