1 st SHIFT PRODUCTION ASSOCIATE / FLOATING FORKLIFT
Automation Personnel Services is looking for a 1 st Shift Production Associate / Floating Forklift for a company based in Alabaster, AL. In this role, you will have the opportunity to oversee and assist with the full production of Automotive glass.

Pay Rate
$15.45 per hour for production

$17.45 per hour for forklift

Schedule and Hours –
Monday through Sunday, 3 00 am to 3 00 pm. Overtime schedule

Monday through Friday, 7 00 am to 3 00 pm. Regular schedule

1st Shift Production Associate / Floating Forklift Duties and Responsibilities
• Working on production line assembling glass or components for glass.
• Applying primer and silicone to glass

• Operating a sit down forklift as needed

• Safely moving loads and glass
• Operating machinery as needed depending on the department you are in.
• Closely always follow safety regulations and guidelines, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment and securing loads properly.

1st Shift Production Associate / Floating Forklift Qualifications and Requirements

•Must be available to work the regular and the overtime schedule of up to 7 days a week and 12 hour shifts.

• A strong commitment to regular attendance and punctuality, as scheduled shifts are essential to business needs.

• Prior experience in forklift specifically sit down

• Must be able to pass a forklift assessment
• Ability to understand and follow safety protocols and operating instructions to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Physical strength and stamina to lift and move loads safely that are up to 25 pounds.
