Job Title: Marketing Intern
Department: Marketing
Reports To: Director of Marketing
SUMMARY
The Marketing Intern assists all members of the marketing department in the execution of marketing and advertising budgets, projects, events, and activities in support of Russell Lands Inc. and its family of businesses.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following (other duties may be assigned):
Assist and gain experience in coordinating various marketing duties with systems and platforms including direct mail, CRM, brochures, ads, signage, radio, television, newsletters, ordering promotional products, and assisting in promotional events.
Provide support in copywriting, editing, and proofreading across media types.
Assist in event organization and coordination (i.e., real estate open houses, Russell Do it Center/Russell Building Supply store events, juried art shows, concerts, etc.).
Create content and manage social media accounts across platforms in support of Russell Lands Inc. and its family of businesses.
Assist in weddings and corporate event lead management and venue tours.
Provide complementary support to the overall Marketing Department to execute items in support of Russell Lands Inc., its family of businesses, community events, and Russell Lands management.
QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
BS in Marketing or related field in progress or recently completed
DURATION
The marketing internship spans May 2026 through August 2026. Exact dates may vary.
