Job Title: Turbine Technician A
Location: Multiple Locations (Domestic Travel Required)
Department: Field Services – Turbine Maintenance

Job Overview

Talent Corps is hiring a Turbine Technician A to support maintenance and repair of gas and steam turbines and generators. This role involves hands-on mechanical and electrical work, precision alignment, troubleshooting, and rigging. Extensive travel and strict adherence to safety and quality standards are required.

Key Responsibilities

• Align and install turbine components and blades

• Perform rigging and heavy equipment lifts

• Use precision tools for inspections and measurements

• Troubleshoot mechanical/electrical issues

• Follow all safety, material handling, and quality control procedures

• Maintain and manage tooling inventory

• Travel extensively to customer sites (overnight, domestic/international)

Qualifications

• Technical certificate or 3+ years of related experience

• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills

• Ability to read technical manuals and perform basic math

• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in PPE

• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
