Sales Manager Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of 2-3 Sales Specialists
- Hit sales targets
- Manage the sales process
- Forecast sales
- Utilize the CRM
- Ensure a high level of customer service
Sales Manager Requirements:
- Sales manager, team leader, or senior sales rep experience
- Experience leading a commission-based team
- Valid driver's license
Sales Manager Work Hours:
- 5-day work week
- No Sundays
- Work most Saturdays with a weekday off
- Location hours: 9-6 M-TH, 9-7 FR, 9-2 Sat
