A leading, multi-billion dollar global chemicals manufacturer with a stellar industry reputation is seeking a Senior Plant Manager to lead operations at its flagship high-hazard batch chemical facility near the Gulf Coast . What We're Looking For
Proven track record in chemical batch manufacturing , with PSM and RMP expertise
Prior experience in a union environment (essential)
Experience managing or supporting multiple sites , ideally across different states
Strong leadership and people-development skills—able to build trust, coach teams, and communicate effectively at all levels
Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related engineering discipline is required ; advanced degree a plus
Experience in 24/7 operations with high-hazard materials preferred
