Schedule : Monday and Tuesday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Job Type: Temporary (lasting indefinitely)

We seek a Part-Time Receptionist to join a winning team in Huntsville, AL. This role serves as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees, ensuring a positive and professional experience for everyone who enters the office.

As a key administrative team member, you will manage front office operations, handle various clerical tasks, and support other departments as needed. Your exceptional communication skills, organizational abilities, and positive attitude will contribute to maintaining an efficient and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist clients, visitors, and employees with a professional and positive attitude.

Answer and direct incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and accurately.

Manage the reception area to remain clean, organized, and inviting.

Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and calendars.

Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining records.

Support various departments with clerical tasks as needed.

Collaborate with team members to foster a positive and efficient office culture.

Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages by coordinating deliveries with UPS and FedEx.

Qualifications and Skills

Prior experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or front desk role.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.

Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and standard office equipment.

Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
