This is an employee role (not independent contractor) with blocked scheduling , the ability to teach multiple class levels , and real opportunity for growth within a multi-studio organization.

Who You Are

• A fully certified Pilates instructor who values safe, effective, and engaging instruction
• Confident teaching all levels , from beginner to advanced
• Energetic, motivating, and approachable
• Reliable, punctual, and prepared
• Comfortable in a group class environment (up to 12 clients)
• Interested in growing your career—not just filling a schedule

What You’ll Do

• Teach group Reformer-based Pilates classes following Club Pilates standards
• Deliver safe, creative, and challenging workouts using:
  • Reformers (Balanced Body)
  • Springboard
  • EXO Chair
  • TRX
  • Barre, hand weights, and other apparatus
• Maintain a clean, professional studio environment
• Inspect equipment before each class to ensure safety
• Build relationships with members and contribute to a welcoming studio culture
• Assist with client check-in and support the sales team when needed
• Promote studio offerings, retail, and memberships through authentic client connection
• Be a positive, inspiring presence that lives our motto: Do Pilates. Do Life.

Requirements

• Full apparatus Pilates certification (450 hours or equivalent)
• Experience teaching group classes
• Strong cueing, class management, and form correction skills
• Contemporary approach grounded in classical principles
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to learn and use studio systems (e.g., ClubReady)
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a team-first attitude
