We are looking for an experienced Presales Solution Consultant (SC) for our Strategic Markets team to provide functional product support to owner organizations from high-tech, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, financial services, communications and more while also ensuring customer satisfaction for existing customers, all with a focus on project management and project controls across a number of industries. **_A Day in the Life..._** + As an Oracle Presales Solution Engineer, you will collaborate with the sales team to present and sell Oracle CE solutions to a variety of customers across industries and markets. + This is a full time, strategic, presales role working with Business and IT decision makers and functional end-users evaluating Oracle CE solutions, to include our brands such as Primavera, Unifier, Aconex and Textura, for their project management and project controls applications needs. + The right person must have a technical aptitude and be able to effectively communicate and engage with potential customers regarding business challenges, mapping them to Oracle's CE solutions. Provides direction and specialist knowledge in applying Oracle CE solutions to client business operations. + The role requires a significant amount of self-directed work, and a willingness to embrace unstructured tasks and organize them. Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical / business skills in your area of specialization. + Product training will be provided as needed coupled with a high amount of self-directed enablement. + You will have the opportunity to partner with strategic owners to understand and support their mission and solve real world business problems. + You will craft and deliver strategic messages and competitive differentiators for Oracle CE products. + You will collaborate with Oracle colleagues to develop unifying storyboards for large, cross-functional opportunities. + A broad understand of owner markets across multiple industries is highly desired. + The ability to learn and become advanced in workflow design and configuration and/or previous experience implementing Unifier is highly preferred. + This is a virtual position working remotely from a home office, with some travel required for customer presentations, (as customer offices re-open for business). + Exceptional presentation skills are critical, both in person and with virtual tools such as Zoom. **_Preferred Skills you bring to the Role:_** Successful solution engineers have joined us from a variety of backgrounds: systems integrators; pre and post sales consulting; trainers and implementers of Oracle's CE products; business analysts; and users of Oracle's CE products in the construction or other project intensive industries. Acts as a technical resource for less experienced Sales Consultants. Develop and deliver high quality standard Oracle presentations and demonstrations. Present and articulate advanced product features and benefits, product future direction and overall Oracle solutions. Design, validate, and present Oracle software solutions to include advanced product concepts, future direction, and 3rd party complimentary products. Develop and manage reference sites through high quality technical, professional client relationships. May be eligible for equity. Eligible for commission with an estimated pay mix of 65/35 - 80/20. Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business. Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity. Oracle US offers a comprehensive benefits package which includes the following: 1.
