ResponsibilitiesEngage with potential and existing clients to understand their insurance needs.
Educate clients on insurance products and coverage options available through Holderfield - Lane Insurance Group.
Develop customized insurance solutions that align with client goals and provide peace of mind.
Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with policyholders through attentive service.
Process new business applications and manage policy renewals with accuracy.
Collaborate with team members to share insights and best practices.
RequirementsProperty/Casualty license is preferred. Willing to train. Licensing assistance is available.
Proven success in insurance sales or a similar client-facing role.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
A genuine desire to understand and meet client needs.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
Comfort with learning and using new technology and sales tools.
