Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) and state licensure for school settings is needed for a K-12 educational environment in Trussville, Alabama. This contract position spans the normal school year (NSY) and involves providing specialized support to students with speech and language needs across all grade levels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students K-12.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on students unique communication needs.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support student progress.
• Monitor and document student progress, adjusting interventions as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and school policies regarding speech and language services.

Qualifications:

• Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
• Valid state licensure as a School SLP.
• Experience working with K-12 students in a school setting.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
