Outpatient Neurologist

W are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Outpatient Neurologist to join our team on a full-time basis. As an Outpatient Neurologist, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive neurological care to patients in an outpatient setting.

Key responsibilities include:

- Conducting thorough patient evaluations and assessments to diagnose and treat various neurological conditions, such as migraines, epilepsy, Parkinson's disease, and multiple sclerosis

- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for each patient, utilizing the latest evidence-based practices and techniques

- Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, such as MRI, CT scans, and EEGs, to aid in diagnosis and treatment planning

- Prescribing and managing medications for neurological conditions, including monitoring for potential side effects and drug interactions

- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals, such as physical therapists, occupational therapists, and speech therapists, to provide comprehensive care for patients

- Educating patients and their families about their condition, treatment options, and strategies for managing symptoms and improving quality of life

- Keeping thorough and accurate medical records, including progress notes, treatment plans, and test results

- Staying up-to-date with advancements in the field of neurology and participating in continuing education opportunities to maintain and enhance skills and knowledge

- Adhering to all company policies and procedures, as well as ethical and legal standards for patient care

Requirements:

- Medical degree from an accredited medical school

- Board certification in Neurology

- Valid state medical license and DEA registration

- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as an outpatient neurologist

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
