About the Role
Pages Staffing is a staffing and recruiting firm filling a Benefits Specialist opening with a client in the Lincoln, AL area. You'll keep benefits records, eligibility, and deductions accurate behind the scenes.
What You'll Do
• Process enrollments, changes, and terminations accurately and on time.
• Maintain eligibility and payroll-deduction records each cycle.
• Coordinate life-event and qualifying changes with carriers.
• Audit data and help keep the plan compliant.
What We're Looking For
• 1+ year in benefits administration, HR, or payroll.
• Strong attention to detail and comfort with data entry.
• Familiar with HRIS or benefits systems.
