Project Manager Paint/Home Services Industry (Bilingual: Spanish/English)

Were seeking a highly organized bilingual Project Manager to oversee day-to-day project operations with a heavy focus on scheduling coordination and material management.

Position Overview:
The Project Manager will serve as the central point of communication for project timelines manpower scheduling and material needs. This role requires someone who is detail-oriented proactive and able to communicate effectively with crews clients and vendors in both English and Spanish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build manage and adjust daily and weekly project schedules for multiple crews

• Coordinate personnel assignments to ensure efficient use of labor

• Clearly communicate schedule updates and changes to crews clients and management

• Order all necessary materials tools and supplies for each job

• Coordinate and schedule material deliveries to job sites

• Track inventory verify deliveries and ensure crews have what they need to stay on schedule

• Collaborate with internal teams contractors and clients to meet project goals

• Monitor project progress proactively resolve scheduling or supply-chain issues

• Conduct on-site visits as needed to ensure quality safety and timeline alignment

• Maintain organized project documentation updates and reports

Qualifications:

• Bilingual in Spanish and English (required)

• 2 years of project management scheduling or coordination experience; experience in the paint coatings or construction industry strongly preferred

• Strong scheduling and organizational abilitiesable to manage multiple crews and shifting timelines

• Excellent communication and leadership skills in both languages

• Familiarity with ordering receiving and tracking construction/paint materials

• Proficiency with project management or scheduling software

• Valid drivers license and ability to travel to project sites as needed
