We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our nursing home team. As a RN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents.

Responsibilities:

1. Assess residents' health status and develop individualized care plans
2. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
3. Monitor vital signs and report any changes to the physician
4. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including CNAs and LPNs
5. Educate residents and their families about health conditions and care procedures
6. Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards

Qualifications:

1. Active RN license in the state of Alabama
2. Strong clinical skills and experience in geriatrics or long-term care preferred
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4. Ability to work effectively as part of a team
5. Passion for providing compassionate care to elderly residents
