Columbus, GA or Savannah, GA | Hybrid

Base Salary: $45,000 – $55,000 + Uncapped Commission
On-Target Earnings: $90,000+

A well-established, multi-office professional services firm is seeking a Client Engagement Advisor to join its growing team. This is a high-impact, performance-driven role designed for individuals who excel in structured, high-volume environments and are ready to apply their skills in a more meaningful, client-centered setting.

This is not a transactional sales position. Every conversation carries weight. Every client is navigating a significant life decision.

Success in this role requires both discipline and empathy .

• Serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients
• Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound conversations daily
• Guide individuals through structured, consultative discussions
• Convert inquiries into scheduled strategy sessions
• Maintain consistent follow-up to move prospects through the decision process
• Accurately document all interactions within CRM systems
• Operate within a metrics-driven environment with clear performance expectations

• Schedule 8+ qualified strategy sessions per week
• Convert 3+ new clients per week
• Maintain strong pipeline management and follow-up discipline
• Balance performance goals with a high-quality client experience

• You are comfortable managing a high volume of conversations each day
• You know how to build trust quickly while maintaining forward momentum
• You are highly organized and do not let opportunities fall through the cracks
• You are motivated by performance and accountability
• You can navigate emotionally sensitive conversations with professionalism and care

Candidates with experience in structured, high-volume, metrics-driven environments are strongly encouraged to apply, including:
