Outside Sales Representative

Location: Huntsville, AL

Join a fast-growing remodeling company in Huntsville, AL! Freedom Exteriors is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to run qualified, pre-set appointments and guide homeowners through their exterior remodeling projects. This is a W-2, commission-based role with six-figure earning potential and strong health benefits plus a company vehicle.

As an Outside Sales Representative , you will build trust with homeowners, guide them through the remodeling process, and represent our brand with professionalism, without relying on high-pressure tactics. This role is designed for someone who values relationship-based sales, clear communication, and delivering a first-class homeowner experience.

Responsibilities:

• Attending pre-booked, qualified appointments set by our call center.
• Leading homeowners through a consultative, multi-step sales process.
• Educating clients on remodeling options and helping scope projects.
• Preparing and managing proposals in JobTread and handing off projects to the production team.
• Consistently following up to ensure client satisfaction and smooth project execution.
• Representing Freedom Exteriors with integrity and professionalism in all interactions.

Qualifications:

• Proven consultative sales experience; backgrounds in new home sales or long-cycle sales are preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with an ability to listen, build relationships, and establish trust.
• Comfortable managing pipeline activity and proposals in CRM software (JobTread experience is a plus).
• Able to learn technical product knowledge and effectively communicate options to homeowners.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Compensation & Benefits:

• W-2 employment, commission-only. Earnings are based on individual performance, with most representatives expected to earn $120k-$130k annually at plan.
• Typical schedule includes appointments as early as 9 am and occasional evening appointments, Monday-Friday.
• BCBS Alabama health benefits (medical, dental, vision); employer covers approximately 80% of the individual premium.
• Company vehicle provided & all fuel expenses covered.
• Performance targets aligned with average project sizes of $20,000+ and a clear path to six-figure earning potential.
